Highland Park Apartments on 27th is currently in the process of an exterior and interior renovation. The exterior apartments have been painted and we are currently working on common area amenities. The interiors of the units are being renovated at move out to include concrete stained floors throughout the unit, custom white, gray and black color design, new plumbing fixtures, lighting, ceiling fans, and more!

Fees:
• $25.00 Application fee for each adult over 18 yrs of age
• Security Deposit is based on background, income, and credit
• Minimum Fee of 150.00 to hold the unit
Pet Policy:
• We accept cats and dogs (weight and breed restrictions apply)
• Non-Refundable Pet Deposit $200.00
• Monthly Pet Rent $25.00 (per pet)

• 6 Months of verifiable employment
• You must make 2 ½ to 3 times the amount of rent
